Refund Policy
Where you bought your EasySub subscription or top-up determines who processes the refund. This page summarises the rules for purchases made directly through us (via Stripe), through Apple's App Store, and through Google Play.

01Purchases made through our website (Stripe)
Monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from /account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless the law in your country of residence requires us to (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off where you have not yet used the Service).
Top-up packs (one-time). Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase only if you have not consumed any of the bonus credits and have not made use of the tier features granted by the pack. After 7 days, or once any credits have been used, top-ups are non-refundable.
Failed deliveries. If we billed you but couldn't deliver the service (e.g. a confirmed account-wide outage during your only billing period), email us within 30 days and we'll process a refund.
How to request. Email support@easysub.io from the email tied to your account, with the order date and reason. We respond within 5 business days; approved refunds typically post to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuer.
02Purchases made through Apple's App Store
All App Store purchases are processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We cannot cancel or refund an App Store purchase on your behalf.

03Purchases made through Google Play
Google Play purchases are processed by Google. Their own refund policies apply: subscriptions and one-time IAPs are eligible for an automatic refund within 48 hours of purchase via Google Play; later requests go through Google's contact form.

04Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost every legitimate issue within a few days. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review, because the bank's process freezes the disputed amount and requires us to respond with evidence.
